• Pathokinesis: He can feel, change, control and manipulate the emotions and feelings of everyone that is around him. Not only but also transfer someone's emotion to another gem or organic being.

• High resistance: Due to Black Opal's bulky body and fused together with Ice, Hardystonite can resist most things that explodes or hits him, making really hard to crack or poof him. Sometimes can be useful as a shield for battles.

• X-Ray Vision: He can see through bodies or anything he focus. He can see inside/through human beings, gems or anything that is solid or is in his way.

• Cryokinesis: Hardystonite can manipulate, change composition, change state and control anything related to ice or cold things. They can summon sentient creatures, ice-bots and objects made of ice or snow. This includes ice breath and thermo regulation and thermo-emotional powers, which is the power that regulates and activates depending on their emotions.

• Healing: Due to Ice’s side and her story that Ices were used to heal gems during the war, Hardystonite carries that power too but less powerful than Ice’s original power.

Personality:

• Negative side: Hardystonite it’s quite like Sugilite at some negative points. He’s loud, reckless and explosive most of times. He is taken by his indulgence and he let his emotions control him, using Ice’s childish way of being and Black Opal’s emotional issues, causing them to have difficulties to accept he is wrong and take orders from others. Due to Black Opal’s will, he always does things by himself without listening to the others. When very upset, Hardystonite keeps quiet but frowns a lot and also becomes grumpy and negative about everything and rejects everything that happens around it, just don’t pretending they’re not listening or caring about.

• Positive side: Hardystonite can be complex and totally uncontrollable for some situations but this doesn’t mean they can be fun and interesting to know about. Black Opal has love for jokes and Ice has an anxious personality, so this makes Hardystonite a perfect being for a great stand-up. It loves to make others laugh and happy. Sometimes, they just like a simple time “alone” for themselves, breathing the fresh air in a place a little bit distant from any gem or human.
